SEEK Education, Inc offers on‐going training to people who are interested in becoming a direct
service provider to children with special needs. The function of this position is to provide direct
“hands‐on” implementation of lesson plans and behavior intervention plans, daily monitoring
of the child’s progress, data collection, task analysis, and the organization of lesson and log

SEEK Behavior Technician Job Requirements
1. Must be at least 18 years old
2. Bachelors degree preferred (not required). Must have a high school diploma or GED and
in the process of obtaining BA/BS or AA degree in related field preferred (e.g., special
education, child development, psychology, speech language pathology, education, etc.)
3. A good driving record, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and auto insurance
4. Be willing to drive (will be reimbursed $0.48/mile)
5. Must be available to work at least 3 days a week with a minimum of 10 to 12 hours per
week (between the hrs of 2:00‐8:00 pm)
6. Desire to work with special needs children and their family
7. Enthusiastic team player and commitment to professional development
8. Proof of eligibility to work in the US, live scan, and health screening report are required.
Tuberculosis clearance is required when hired
9. Physical Strength to work with children is required
10. We cannot hire anyone who is currently employed by a school district
11. This job requires strict self‐discipline, time management, punctuality, and
professionalism
12. Must have access to computer and internet and we strongly recommend for you to have a
