SEEK offers on-going training to people who are interested in becoming a direct service provider to consumers with special needs. The function of this position is to provide direct “hands-on” implementation of lesson plans and behavior intervention plans, daily monitoring of the consumer’s progress, data collection, task analysis, and the organization of lesson and logbooks for home/school/community program.
