In addition with our high educational and experiential standards, we also select our staff because of their passion, commitment, and the drive to benefit others. SEEK Education’s team members also represent the fabric of our community and we have the capacity and understanding to serve the diverse cultural backgrounds. SEEK Education firmly believes that program outcomes lie largely with the quality of the professional. We embrace this responsibility by heavily investing in our staff with our university training programs, invited workshops, and conferences. Randy V. Campbell, Rh.D., BCBA-DClinical Director

Dr. Campbell received his Master’s degree in Behavior Modification and Doctorate in Rehabilitation (Rh.D) from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. He is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst – Doctoral (BCBA-D) as well as Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC). Dr. Campbell has worked extensively with various regional organizations such as the Los Angeles County Office of Education (LACOE), Orange County Regional Center (OCRC), and the Eastern Los Angeles Regional Center (ELARC) and the Department of Rehabilitation to improve the quality of service. Dr. Campbell’s research experience includes an extensive publication history in peer-reviewed journals and served as reviewer for the Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis, Child Maltreatment, Education and Treatment of Children, and Analysis an Intervention in Developmental Disabilities. Dr. Campbell is a full time faculty member and a past Department Chair for the Charter College of Education at California State University, Los Angeles. His teaching responsibility at CSULA currently includes: Counseling Skills; Principle of Research and Program Evaluation; Behavior Analysis in School, Home and Agency Setting; Advance Behavioral Contingency Management in Schools; and Staff Development and Consultation. Dr. Campbell’s interest includes the application of Applied Behavior Analysis in parent education and the evaluation of programs that targets the special needs population. Dr. Wallace

Michele D. Wallace, Ph.D., BCBA-DClinical Research Director

Dr. Wallace received her Master’s degree and Doctorate degree in Experimental Analysis of Behavior from the University of Florida under the supervision of Dr. Brian Iwata. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst – Doctoral (BCBA-D) and a leading expert in the treatment of behavior disorders. Dr. Wallace has an extensive research and clinical background with numerous studies published in peer-reviewed journals. Additionally, she has been appointed for the editorial board and served as a reviewer for a number of peer-review journals such as the Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis, School Psychology Review, The Analysis of Verbal Behavior, and Education and Treatment of Children. Dr. Wallace was the past president for the California Association for Behavior Analysis and the Nevada Association for Behavior Analysis. Dr. Wallace taught at University of West Florida, and after teaching the behavior analysis program under the Psychology department for five years at the University of Nevada, Reno, she has been a fulltime faculty member at Department of Division of Special Education and Counseling at California State University, Los Angeles. Dr. Wallace’s areas of interest include: Applied Behavior Analysis; Functional Behavioral Assessment and Intervention of Behavior Disorders; and Educator/Staff/Parent Training. Kae Yabuki, M.S., BCBAProgram Director

Kae Yabuki is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and received her Master of Science degree in Counseling and Applied Behavior Analysis from California State University, Los Angeles in 2002. Ms. Yabuki has been working with individuals with developmental disabilities since 2001 starting as a direct therapist. Since then, she has worked as a behavior consultant, program manager, and currently as a program director at SEEK Education. As program director, Ms. Yabuki oversees the entire clinical program as well as coordinating with regional centers and school districts. Over the years, she has presented at numerous workshops in the United States, Taiwan and Japan, and has been actively involved with local parent support group for Japanese speaking families. Ms. Yabuki is passionate about helping families and developing effective treatment program using the science of behavior analysis. Her interest also includes Verbal Behavior. Grace Chang, M.S., BCBADirector of Program Development

Grace Chang is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and received her Master of Science degree in Counseling and Applied Behavior Analysis from California State University, Los Angeles in 2003. She is completing her doctoral study at North Central University in education. Ms. Chang has been working with individuals with developmental disabilities since 1996, starting as a home and school behavioral therapist and has been working with SEEK Education since the company started in year 2000. Since then, she has worked as a behavior consultant, program manager, and currently as the Director of Program Development at SEEK Education. As the Director of Program Development, Ms. Chang developed new services and programs based on client’s needs. Over the years, she has presented at numerous workshops and conferences in the United States and Taiwan, and has been actively supported the development of special education Sunday school programs for local churches. Ms. Chang has recently started teaching Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) courses remotely to Taiwan in year 2010. Ms. Chang has years of experience working with children and young adults with developmental disabilities using the science of behavior analysis. Her current research interests include working with the adult population to increase meaning and quality of life for them using the same method. James King, M.S., BCBAAssistant Program Director

James King is Board Certified Behavior Analyst and he started his work with children with special needs in home treatment programs. He graduated from the University of California, Irvine with double-Bachelors of Science degrees in Psychology/Social Behaviors and Criminology. He received his Master of Science degree from California State University, Fullerton with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy. Mr. King is dedicated to applying the principles and practices of behavior analysis to structure effective and “fun” environments for learners. Along with his clinical emphases in language development guided by the analysis of verbal behavior, Mr. King is also committed in teaching the necessary skills so learners may “open new doors” on his or her own. Furthermore, Mr. King has been involved with SEEK Education in creating parent training manual designed to be engaging and accessible to the learner. Mr. King has conducted numerous workshops and presentations in the United States and aboard, and he is a member of Association for Behavior Analysis International and California Association for Behavior Analysis. Terri Peng, M.S., BCBAResearch Manager Officer of University Education BACB Coordinator

Terri Peng received her Master of Science degree from the California State University, Los Angeles in Counseling and Applied Behavior Analysis. Terri is also a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and has been working with individuals with developmental disabilities since 2002. Her experiences and training include Discrete Trial Training, Verbal Behavior approach, social skills curriculum, behavioral and functional assessment, developing behavioral support plan, classroom management, as well as school and home consultation. Ms. Peng is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and has conducted workshops and training sessions in Taiwan and China since 2007 in areas such as classroom management, behavioral and functional assessment, and training staff using Discrete Trial Training and Verbal Behavior approach in the classroom. She also has worked as translator in numerous international ABA conferences held in Taiwan as well as one of the lead translators for the Applied Behavior Analysis (2nd ed.) textbook in Chinese. Ms. Peng works closely with University Nevada Reno’s Behavior Analysis program and the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) to oversee the graduate and the Accredited Continuing Education (ACE) programs, respectively.
