In addition with our high educational and experiential standards, we also select our staff because of their passion, commitment, and the drive to benefit others. SEEK Education’s team members also represent the fabric of our community and we have the capacity and understanding to serve the diverse cultural backgrounds. SEEK Education firmly believes that program outcomes lie largely with the quality of the professional. We embrace this responsibility by heavily investing in our staff with our university training programs, invited workshops, and conferences. Clinical Consultant

Dr. Campbell received his Master’s degree in Behavior Modification and Doctorate in Rehabilitation (Rh.D) from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. He is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst-Doctoral (BCBA-D). Dr. Campbell has worked extensively with various regional organizations such as the Los Angeles County Office of Education (LACOE), Orange County Regional Center (OCRC), and the Eastern Los Angeles Regional Center (ELARC) and the Department of Rehabilitation to improve the quality of service. Dr. Campbell’s research experience includes publication history in peer-reviewed journals and has served as a reviewer for the Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis, Child Maltreatment, Education and Treatment of Children, and Analysis an Intervention in Developmental Disabilities. Dr. Campbell is a full-time professor in the Division of Special Education and Counseling within the Charter College of Education at California State University, Los Angeles. He has served as the chairperson of the Division of Special Education and Counseling. His teaching responsible cover a variety of courses within the Master Degree in Counseling with the option in Applied Behavior Analysis. Dr. Campbell’s interest includes the application of Applied Behavior Analysis in parent education and the evaluation of programs that targets the special needs population.

Clinical Research Advisor

Dr. Wallace received her Master’s degree and Doctorate degree in Experimental Analysis of Behavior from the University of Florida under the supervision of Dr. Brian Iwata. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst – Doctoral (BCBA-D) and a leading expert in the treatment of behavior disorders. Dr. Wallace has an extensive research and clinical background with numerous studies published in peer-reviewed journals. Additionally, she has been appointed for the editorial board and served as a reviewer for a number of peer-review journals such as the Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis, School Psychology Review, The Analysis of Verbal Behavior, and Education and Treatment of Children. Dr. Wallace was the past president for the California Association for Behavior Analysis and the Nevada Association for Behavior Analysis. Dr. Wallace taught at University of West Florida, and after teaching the behavior analysis program under the Psychology department for five years at the University of Nevada, Reno, she has been a fulltime faculty member at Department of Division of Special Education and Counseling at California State University, Los Angeles. Dr. Wallace’s areas of interest include: Applied Behavior Analysis; Functional Behavioral Assessment and Intervention of Behavior Disorders; and Educator/Staff/Parent Training.

Chief Program Officer

Dr. Chang is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and received her Master of Science degree in Counseling and Applied Behavior Analysis from California State University, Los Angeles in 2003. She received her Doctorate in Education with emphasis on Exceptional Population from Northcentral University in 2018. Ms. Chang has been working with individuals with developmental disabilities since 1996, starting as a home and school behavioral therapist and has been working with SEEK Education since the founding of the company in the year 2000. Since then, she has worked as a behavior consultant, program manager, Director of Program Development, and currently as the Chief Program Officer at SEEK Education. As the Chief Program Officer, Ms. Chang serves as a critical member of the executive management team. In collaboration with the Executive Director, Ms. Chang articulates and implements the strategic vision and leadership of the agency; oversees all treatment programs for SEEK Education and provide mentoring, guidance, supervision, and professional development to all leadership staff. Over the years, she has presented at numerous workshops and conferences in the United States, China, and Taiwan. Ms. Chang also instructs the Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) courses remotely to Taiwan and China since the year 2010. Ms. Chang has years of experience working with children and young adults with developmental disabilities using the science of behavior analysis. Her current research interests include working with the adult population to enhance their meaning and quality of life. Ms. Chang is a member of the Association for Behavior Analysis International, The Association of Professional Behavior Analysts, as well as the California Association for Behavior Analysis.

Dr. King is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst – Doctoral with SEEK Education since 2003. His clinical focuses include the prevention of treatment relapse, instructional design, language development, and advancing decision-making repertoires. Dr. King received his Ph.D. in Behavior Analysis at the University of Nevada, Reno, under the guidance of Dr. Linda Parrott Hayes. He has served as a guest reviewer of research for the Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis. His research on treatment relapse, reinforcement theory, and their applications have appeared in The Psychological Record, Behavior Analysis in Practice, and Behavioural Processes. Dr. King served as a part-time faculty at California State University, Los Angeles, where he taught a graduate course on research design. His ongoing clinical and research pursuit is to bring forth the basic understanding of learning that translates into practical applications to meet the learning needs of the community he serves.
